Admission Steps
At your intake conference, you will be given an enrollment packet and to be completed before your child’s first day of attendance along with a Family Handbook.
If you wish to complete the paperwork prior to your intake, the enrollment forms can be found below.

You will submit your enrollment packet along with the additional paperwork you were given at your intake.

Stay Connected
Now that you’ve completed your child’s checklist, we are excited to welcome them to Lexington Kids. We know how important it is for you to stay connected. Tadpoles® is our private and secure app we use, accessible through email, text or via the app. You can see photos, video and updates on your child throughout their day.
